Check out this lineup! 90’s Con is this weekend at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. I don’t know who half these people are, but everyone I do know from the 90’s will be there!
I won’t be there, but I think we all agree that a Zack Morris, Jessie Spano, and AC Slater reunion needs to happen!

Maybe the 90’s are too recent of a decade? Go behind the scenes of “Return of the Jedi” with Jay Ignaszewski as he shares with you his experience of working at Lucasfilm and ILM (Industrial Light and Magic) on the production of Star Wars. His background includes everything from One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest through the Matrix. He has worked with George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, Mel Brooks and David Lynch. Free event!

Black Crow Coffee opened up in Thompsonville last week. It looks like they are still in the process of finishing off the inside and furniture. All the usual coffee drinks and a small selection of pastries were for sale this morning when I stopped in. I’ll check it out again in a few weeks for a full review but it’s worth a stop if you’re in the area!
📈Mortgage Rates💸
Mortgage rates have come down slowly but steadily over the past several weeks. Nowhere where they need to be for people who already own homes would be willing to make a move. If they need to finance their next purchase, at least. That’s what needs to happen before we start to see some more properties hit the market. The payments you see above 👆are probably what the next buyer will be paying for the house below. 👇
