Whether it’s your first home, last, or anything in between, the rules of the game have changed. Finding what you want, at a price you want, while being able to properly negotiate an inspection is no longer something a buyer can expect. On top of this, the way agents are compensated for their work in the transaction has led to some buyers getting subpar service. It’s opened up a new opportunity for clients with agents that know how to find off market homes.

We just spent a couple of days exploring the South Carolina coast. Being surrounded by fresh seafood reminded me how much I love it. Now I’m craving some clam chowder. Have you tried any of these places?
